Perfect Prints
I'm just going to say it: I'm not the biggest fan of prints. There, I've said it. Prints, in my humble opinion, have the potential to make you look like a jumbled mess and camouflage your totally boss curves. However, I'm willing to make some exceptions. Totally Boss Product Review: Wii My Fitness Coach

Unquestionably, my favorite Wii game is Dr. Mario... HOWEVER, it's New Years Resolutions time and I've got to work off all those cookies I devoured like a trash compactor over the holidays. Last weekend I picked up a copy of the Wii My Fitness Coach and wowee wow, I am super happy with it!
1) It gave me a pretty basic body composition, strength, and flexibility test... then generated a personalized goal and set of workouts.
2) You can unlock workout areas and new music as you complete scheduled workouts.
3) You can adjust the music, sound effects, and voice of the Fitness coach to your liking.
4) The workouts can be made easier or harder by answering questions about how you are feeling during the workout. During my first workout I indicated that many of the sections were "No sweat!", and I could definitely tell that the game had uped the ante the next time I signed in with my profile.
5) You can workout with other people who build profiles on your wii.
6) You can get credit for doing outside excercise.
7) It's CHEAP!
It's awesome... as a matter of fact... I've got a workout scheduled! Bye now!

Sorry I've been AWOL again. Work, vacay, etc. have been super crazy.
You've probably all heard that Pantone (www.pantone.com, the ultimate authority on color in fashion, interior, and graphic design) has named Mimosa (a brilliant shade of yellow) as the Color of the Year for 2009. According to Pantone, "Mimosa Embodies Hopefulness and Reassurance in a Climate of Change".
